HiStart Innovation Forum

HiStart was born out of Huawei’s wish to help you bring your innovation to the information and communication technology market, and is an annual program by Toga Networks, a Huawei Company.

HiStart is an open invitation for Israeli researchers, entrepreneurs and technology startups to help create consumer-driven technology solutions for specific use cases as will be announced.

Ten selected finalists will be invited to present their solutions in front of Huawei and Toga’s managements as well as Pitango Venture Capital experts and additional Israeli investors in the HiStart Event, November 22nd, Tel Aviv.

The winner will be announced at the end of the event and will be granted an opportunity to pilot their solution with Huawei (PoC).

Prize Money valued at $100,000 to cover PoC and winners’ travel to a roadshow at the company’s HQ.

The HiStart Event

The HiStart Event is an invitation-only event that will take place in Tel Aviv on November 22nd, 2018.

The event will include:

  • Keynotes by top researchers
  • Presentations by Huawei and Toga executives
  • Presentations and demos of the 10 selected HiStart program finalists
  • An opportunity to communicate directly with VCs and Huawei Management Team

  • University professors and researchers
  • Early Stage tech companies:
    • A company which has been operating for no longer than five years,
    • has less than of $10M in fund raising and
    • annual revenue less than $10M
